About Us
The purpose of our program is to successfully support communities through donations and fund raisers to achieve financial stability for underserved communities. We support communities by providing food, rental assistance, and revitalization of homes. We develop realistic approaches to achieve our goals and provide funding for various projects through donations. Helping the communities is our main goal, and to achieve our goal we will enhance our programs to continue help out communities.

Loretha Smith
President/Business Development
Loretha Smith is a native of Tuskegee, Alabama raised by her great-grand parents: Loretha moved to Montgomery, Alabama to explore her life-long dreams. She has always put God and family first place in her life. Loretha has been married to her husband, Robert, for 42 years. Loretha and Robert are the proud parents of three (3) beautiful daughters and five darling granddaughters. Loretha has always had a fascination for houses; how they were built; and various interests surrounding their initial construction. This interest and fascination is how her dream of becoming involved in real estate evolved. Loretha has been a licensed realtor for approximately 33 years. She also attended Alabama State University and majored in Business Administration. Loretha’s business background has been beneficial in her real estate business. In addition to her natural born people skills, the techniques and skills acquired during her undergraduate studies helped to enhance her understanding of the real estate market and helped to nurture expansive relationships with homebuyers. Loretha has learned over the years by working with the public that all of her special gift come from being patient, caring and listening to what everyone has to say, as a little girl her great-grand parents instilled in her to help and be kind and to everyone because you never know what someone is going through. In 2019 Loretha started Community Hands Outreach Inc. 501(c)(3) to help as many people/families as possible. Community Hands Outreach Inc. is committed to change the underserved communities one at a time.​
